โ˜๏ธCloudways Emails Settings

Elastic Email Add-on setting to link your DNS settings to the website hosting with Cloudways.

Cloudways does offerr email hosting however it's only being used for website hosting at present and if you want to connect your website to your email server you will need to use Elastic Add-on.

Once you have added the below setting to your DNS please let me know and I will set it up for you within Cloudways.

I would recommend reading the Understanding DNS page first if updating DNS details is new to you and you don't know what MX Records are.

Please check who.is so you know which companies are hosting your domain, website and emails

If you are still struggling

I would recommend setting up a contact form using HubSpot customer database tool so you don't need to worry about setting up Elastic mail. This way emails from your website will go directly to your CRM and mailbox without having to be redirected from the Cloudways server.
