Find the login page

To login and access your WordPress website you'll need type in the name of your website and then add /wp-login or /wp-admin at the end of it.

[yourwebsite.com]/wp-login

Cant' see the login page?

I've added a list of troubleshooting step to try, if you've tried all of them and it still doesn't work it might be a technical issue with the website. These steps will rule out whether it's an issue with your browser, device and internet connection.

Check that it's not your browser

1. Clear your browser cache

   • How to clear your cache in Chrome

2. Try the in an incognito window

   • How to open an incognito window in Chrome

3. Try the link in another browser

   • If you are using Chrome, try Firefox or Safari

Check that it's not your computer

1. Try the link on another device such as your smartphone

   • This is a quick way to see if it works elsewhere

2. Check your computer software is up to date

   • Are you using the latest version of Windows or MacOS?

3. Restart your computer (turn it off and on again)

   • This sounds simple but it does resolve a lot of issues

Check that it's not your connection

1. Disable wifi on your mobile and try with mobile data only

2. Turn off and unplug the router for 10 mins then reconnect and turn on

3. Reset your router using the tiny button on the back

4. Clear your router cache (if you know how to)
