WordPress Login Details

• Username / Email

• Password

This will allow me to log into WordPress to edit most of the site but not modify the files. In order to do this I need the FTP details.

What if I don't have this?

Not all is lost, if you have either of the below I should still be able to access your website

FTP Details

• Host or hostname

• Username

• Password

• Port

Having these details will help me access and modify the files on the server. If you have this as well as the WordPress login for an adminitrator user account that will be perfect.

What if I don't have this either?

Not all is lost, if you have your hosting login details then we can find and update these details

Hosting Login Details

This will enable to me access your server where you domain name and hosting is stored.

What if I don't have any of these?

You're a bit stuck, especially if your domain name is here too, this means you have to start over with a new website.
