For issue regarding the transactions on your website, there are three different places you want to check for issues and support.
Github.com - This is a core developer platform where more or less every open souce software is published and issues are reported on.
WooCommerce.com - Their website has a wealth of support guides and an online chat where you can submit your error logs.
Stripe.com - If you're using Stripe like most people, you can check for errors the orders of your Stripe account and they have great support too.

As mentioned above the issue you are having could be a known bug or issue in the code that's already been logged and being worked on.
This isn't something I've seen that often with WooCommerce but it's not one to rule out. Last time I've known this happen it was due to a bug in a WooCommerce update. The exact one that occurred for a client in Dec/Jan 22 can be seen here: -

If the transation went though but it failed, you can usually see this from within the Orders section within the WooCommerce Tab of your WordPress Dashboard.
In the support chat they will ask you for the System Status Report, which you can find by going to 'WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report'. This is a good place to check for any issue, some might be obvious and some not so obvious.
In this case I've seen there was a shortcode missing.

If you're still having issues then you will need to log into your WooCommerce account for support where they have an online chat feature.
It might have been a one-off card issue but just to check it wasn't a technical issue you can check withing your Stripe orders.
If WooCommerce is ok and you're still having issues with Stripe payments it might be worth logging in to your account and reaching out to their support team.
